As Kozbeyli Mansion, we aim to provide a pleasant accommodation experience to all our guests. However, due to our current physical stone building conditions, we do not yet have a complete infrastructure suitable for disabled access.
* Ramps: There are no ramps at our facility entrances or between Decking to provide access.
* Rooms and Bathroom Arrangements: Our arrangements such as door widths, bathroom handles and low threshold specially designed for disabled guests are not available at the moment.
* Elevator/Staircase Status: There is no elevator in our facility, stairs may create difficulty of access for some guests.
Our team is planning projects in line with the goals of improving accessibility conditions in the coming periods. If you have any questions about the current situation or would like to get support on alternative solutions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
